Who owns Wegmans Complements? Wegmans Complements is a joint venture between Wegmans, a regional supermarket chain with 98 stores in the North East, , and MACMAC Marketplace, a technology company and marketplace operator.
Do I need to register for an account? No, but we hope you will. You can always checkout as a guest though you’ll miss out on things like viewing your order history and managing returns. Registering is easy and we won’t inundate you with emails or ever share your information with others. Please note that your Wegmans Complements account is different from your Wegmans Online Account used to sign in to wegmans.com or the Wegmans App. Since account information does not automatically transfer, a separate account registration on Wegmans Complements is necessary if you want the convenience of an account.
What about payments on Wegmans Complements? All items are presented and payments are made in U.S. Dollars. Wegmans Complements accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To protect your payment information, Wegmans Complements uses a third-party gateway, Stripe to receive and manage all payments. No credit card data is stored by, nor accessed through Wegmans Complements.
When will my orders ship? At Wegmans Complements, you can shop the best artisans, designers and purveyors together with one simple checkout. Add items to your shopping bag from as many Wegmans Complements sellers as you wish, and checkout in one transaction through our secure payment gateway. Each seller will fulfill your order separately and ship to you directly, so shipping charges are applied separately by each seller. Orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless you are otherwise notified by the seller. You will receive an email providing the details & tracking information for your shipment once it departs. To ensure you receive this email, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
Because the Wegmans Complements marketplace is a collection of individual artisans and designers, each seller also has their own return policy. Please review the return policy, detailed on each item page of our site, for any items prior to purchase.
Do you charge sales tax? Yes, we collect sales tax when applicable. We use a third-party sales tax service that calculates the amount due using the current tax rates for the shipping destination.
Is the same inventory always available? Each participating artisan on Wegmans Complements operates as an individual seller, uploading and managing their own inventory levels. While all Wegmans Complements sellers are obligated to promptly remove unavailable inventory from presentation on the site, items placed in the basket are not guaranteed to be available until the order is placed and the seller confirms availability. To secure Wegmans Complements sellers’ limited inventory items before they are sold out, please purchase promptly. Additionally, we constantly present new artisans and their products to you for your enjoyment!
What are your hours of operation? Our sellers are independent businesses operating at the local hours for their area. Each order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. If your order has been placed outside of working hours, it will be shipped within 2 business days. Each seller’s business hours are posted in the Seller Detail Page. Wegmans Complements' office hours are from 8am - 5pm (Eastern Time) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

To initiate a return if you checked out as a guest: If the item is returnable and within the return window, please email email@example.com with your order number and the item that you wish to return.
To initiate a return if you checked out as a member: If the item is returnable and within the return window, please login to your account, click on Order History and locate the item within the order that you wish to return. Once you have selected the item, please follow the prompts then print your return label and affix it to the original packaging. Items may be dropped off at your local UPS location.
