Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

Each Seller on Wegmans Complements ships orders directly to you. Most orders ship via USPS or UPS but some sellers may use other carriers. Rates are based on weight and delivery speed and, depending on the seller, may be discounted when certain order value minimums are met.  

Please note that if you place an order that includes items from more than one seller, you may see separate shipping charges at checkout for each seller. Multi-seller orders DO NOT ship in one box so you will receive more than one box for any order that includes items from more than one seller.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders ship within 2 business days so, depending on the shipping method selected, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Handmade and custom items have longer delivery timelines, which are described in the shipping note pop-up messages that appear when you add one of these items to your cart. Items purchased from sellers outside of the United States may have extended delivery timelines. In all cases, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

Wegmans Complements may offer discounted or free shipping. Promotions may require a minimum order value and may not include all products or sellers on the marketplace.  Orders eligible for shipping promotions will be designated at checkout. If any items in your purchase are ineligible for the promotion, you will be charged applicable shipping fees for those items.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Wegmans Complements does not allow shipments to customers outside of the United States; however, products from sellers outside of the United States may be available on the marketplace. International sellers ship orders directly to you using reputable global carriers. Please be aware that international shipping timelines are generally longer than domestic shipping timelines.

 

RETURNS

Each participating seller on Wegmans Complements is an independent business that sets its own its own return policy. Return policies generally include a return window that allows returns for a limited number of days. Prior to completing your order, be sure to review the Seller’s return policy, which can be found by expanding the Shipping & Returns menu on the ITEM page or referenced by clicking the link on the ORDER page.

Please note that in most cases, you are responsible for return shipping charges and they will be deducted from the amount refunded to you upon receipt of your returned order

To initiate a return if you checked out as a guest: If the item is returnable and within the return window, please email complements@wegmans.com with your order number and the item that you wish to return.

To initiate a return if you checked out as a member:  If the item is returnable and within the return window, please login to your account, click on Order History and locate the item within the order that you wish to return. Once you have selected the item, please follow the prompts, and then print your return label and affix it to the original packaging.  Items may be dropped off at your local UPS.  

Items purchase on Wegmans Complements are not returnable in store. 

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS OR PERISHABLES.
